Shipping

Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Rates: We ship within the United States via USPS. Free shipping on orders $50 and over. $4.90 for orders 0–5 lb. $19.90 for orders 5–70 lb.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on USPS.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages: Once an order is handed off to USPS, delivery is in their care. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@arimare.com and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, free of signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and in original packaging where possible.

How to start a return: Email hello@arimare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping: Ari Mare covers return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days and send an email confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.

Exchanges: Follow the return process above and note the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability. If it's out of stock, we'll issue a refund.

Final sale: Items marked Final Sale, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, items showing wear, damage, or alteration, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items: Email hello@arimare.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
