Welcome to Ari Mare. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, shop our products, or access any of the services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). Ari Mare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver those services to you.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations on liability. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We work hard to represent our products accurately. That said, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, and display configuration — we can’t guarantee an exact match.

Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit order quantities by person, region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. Ari Mare reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order isn’t confirmed until we’ve accepted it and received payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we’ll reach out via the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.

Orders are for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when you place your order is the price you’ll be charged, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices shown do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless otherwise stated.

Prices on our site may differ from those offered in other channels or by third parties. Promotional pricing is governed by the terms of each promotion. If there’s a conflict between these Terms and the promotion terms, the promotion terms apply.

By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and complete, that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided, and that all associated charges will be honored.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Everything on our site, including our brand, text, images, graphics, video, audio, product photography, and the overall design, belongs to Ari Mare, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law.

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or transmit any content from our site without our prior written consent.

Ari Mare’s name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Ari Mare. You may not use them without written permission. Shopify’s marks are their own. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

Our site may give you access to third-party tools that we don’t control or monitor. These are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or endorsement from us. Use them at your own discretion, and review their terms before doing so.

We may introduce new features or tools in the future. When we do, they’ll be subject to these Terms.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. If you leave our site to visit a third-party site, you do so at your own risk. Any issues with third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

Note: This section is required and may not be modified.

Ari Mare is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Ari Mare. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased. By using our Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with Ari Mare.

Section 10 — Privacy

All personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify also collects and processes certain data related to your use of our site. You can review their privacy policy here.

By using our Services, you confirm that you’ve read and understood both policies.

Section 11 — Feedback and Reviews

We love hearing from you. If you share feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions with us, you grant Ari Mare a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose related to our business, including improving and promoting our Services.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any feedback you submit, that you’ve disclosed any compensation received for it, and that it complies with these Terms. We’re not obligated to keep your feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it.

We may, but aren’t required to, monitor or remove feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You’re solely responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit.

Section 12 — Errors and Inaccuracies

We do our best to keep everything on our site accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct any typos, pricing errors, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted, and to update or cancel orders accordingly.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARI MARE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES — WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ari Mare, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policies
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your access to or use of our Services

We’ll notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defense at your expense but won’t settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ari Mare is headquartered. You and Ari Mare consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of those courts.
