Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping methods & rates
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout:

• Free shipping on orders $50 and over
• $4.90 for orders 0–5 lb
• $19.90 for orders 5–70 lb

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on USPS.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once an order is handed off to USPS, delivery is in their care. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@arimare.com, and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
